What is USSC
Cash Card? USSC Cash card is the hi-tech way to carry your money anywhere in the world. Just go to any USSC Service Store and apply for the USSC Cash Card. It is safe, fast and convenient way to carry cash in your wallet. There are two (2) types of USSC Cash Card. The Generic which cost 50 pesos and the Personalized that cost 70 pesos. Just go to any ussc store and fill up card loading form. 20 peso charge for every 10,000 load.
I think this is a waste of money coz i paid for 70php for the card and 20php for service charge for depositing money and now i have to withdraw it again coz it can’t be used online which is another service charge for none china trust ATM’s. Having the seal / logo of visa card, you should have all services that VISA card provide including online purchases OR brief you employee’s where can this card be used OR include it on your sign up forms and leaflets that we can’t use it for online transactions . What’s the purpose of this card? Wallet display? Yeah your saying it’s a convenience of not carrying money but we can have normal atm cards right? And most of the shopping malls are accepting normal cards. tsk tsk tsk…
I agree to this…. kaya nga hindi ko na nilalamnan yung USSC card ko, dami aksaya, biro mo, P20 service charge pag nag-deposit tapos withdrawl fee pa ng P12 bawat withdrawing transactions, dahilan sa wala masyado chinatrust atms dito sa may san pedro, laguna (pinakamalapit ay nasa alabang, pero mamamasahe ka pa! :-O) para kahit paano man lang free of charge ang withdrawal fee, tapos hindi pa puwede sa internet transactions, kahit man lang paypal…. may VISA logo naman, taka nga ako bakit pa nila ginawa ito… hehehe….

i had my hopes up this afternoon when i inquired about this. i asked the agent if i can use this card to purchase things online and she tells me “yes, but it depends on the store. buy usually yes.” so i got all excited.. i thought “wow a Visa card for 70 pesos! and so easy to get it!” and when i read the posts here.. well… 😦 😦 😦 Aren’t Visa cards meant to pay for everything? *sigh. what a disappointment..
Zero maintaining balance, 70pesos fee and can be used to buy at any establishment that accepts visa cards. If you want normal atm cards then do so. Different banks have different maintaining balances from 500 to 2000. Yes, it may be more convenient using normal atm cards for you can send money, deposit on any branch easily for more accessible banks plus you could also buy online on some cards. Kaya lng inintroduce ang card na to cuz it can be used as an alternative for money. Kaysa magdala ka ng pera sa wallet mo, yan nlng. Cash card lng nmn to. na pdeng gamitin sa mga atm machine as an atm card. If you want a better card, go and choose from a wide array of banks over the phils. Don’t say it’s a waste of money since the 70php fee has already been compensated through it’s features. Like they said, you get what you pay for. So don’t expect a 70php card has more functions and features than those in the hundreds-thousands prices.

Simple lang ang requirements. 1 valid ID and fill up the application form. Pay 70 pesos for Personalized card (2 weeks processing) and/or 50 pesos for Generic card(makukuha mo ito agad).

Hi Micko.. Pwede ka magpalit ng PIN to any Chinatrust ATM machine.. If lost PIN, request for another Card at any USSC store and ask for a balance transfer incase may laman ang iyong old card. call chinatrust hotline at the back of your card.

i just read the comment above and its very frustrating that you cant be able to deposit money to this card if you dont have the card itself… i just purchased the card due to its affordable and at the same time it can do what ATM cards can in addition to that it says that its a debit card.. so how come that you cant deposit using just the 16 digit card number wherein it is posible to do on other atm cards… i really dont want to open another savings account from any bank for i dont trust banks and this card charging deposits and wdrawal lower than the charges upon cash remmitance… and the bad thing is my mother just got my card for an easy cash remmitance but i reaaly felt bad when i read this page…
I cannot widraw from my USSC Debit Card. I am here in San Pablo City, Laguna. I tried to widraw thru Chinabank, Metrobank, PNB and these banks have VISA logo on their ATMs and I input my USSC correct pin code but the machine said “… cannot process your transaction…” . I am able to check my peso balance in USSC accnt online thru Chinatrust website linked by http://www.bancnetonline.com and I have sufficient fund in my USSC debit Card. What seems to be the problem? good day! if i’m going to pay any merchant thru western union, can i have western union deduct the amount from my ussc card? if so, how would this be possible?
also, would it be possible for you to make a list of all merchants that accept ussc cash card as payment for their services or products? maybe you can post this list on your website or at any ussc branch? a leaflet that we can bring anywhere may also be helpful here.
can you also please have a checklist of the things that this card CAN and CANNOT do so the customers won’t be misled into thinking that it can be used online or it is a remittance card.

Can a USSC card can handle a Million Dollars?
pwede bang gamitin ang ussc cash card kung mag bayad ng isang purchase through online.

hello po.. ask ko lng po, may laman po ung cash card ko, nag inquire po ako sa bdo kanina but then nung mag wiwithdraw na po ako, unable transaction raw prompt ng atm machine, why?panu ko makukuha ang laman ng cash card ko?
ask ko lang po. pwede po ba ako tumanggap ng payment sa ibang bansa pag pinadala nila sa western union money transfer tapos dito nila idedeposit sa ussc card ko? ibibigay ko po ba ung account number ko sa kanila? sana po makasagot kau. salamat po.
sad to say,,, ayaw i accept ang card na to for payments in online purchases and bookings…
Few Reminders (Some Limitations)
1. You cannot link USSC Money Card to Paypal. USSC is not yet affiliated to Paypal. As of now, you cannot purchase online using this card.
2. You cannot use USSC Money Card for remittances such as accepting money fro outside the Philippines.
3. You cannot use USSC Money card to purchase gold credit on games in Facebook.
4. You pay 20 pesos for every 10,000 pesos load of your USSC Money Card.
5. You can’t transfer money from USSC to Paypal

HI gud day!! nagload po ako nang pera sa ussc card ko tapos kinabukasan ko withraw ko..insufficient funds daw lumabas… lipat ako ng ibang bank er code..transactions voided funds,,insufficient funds… pumunta ako sa store at sabi nila naload na kahapon at nawithraw tinawagan daw nila ang bank….tumawag din ako sa customer service sa likod ng aking card nadeposit na at na withraw na ..wla naman akong nakuhang pera…SAAN NA ANG AKING PERA NGAYON?
lagi akong nagload ng pera dito at makakasave ka talaga kasi 20 pesos lang kada load…at zero maintaining balance..ngayon lang na nagkaproblema…verify ko lang makukuha pa ba yun o hindi na…..

nandito po ako sa palompon leyte,yung ussc card ko ay nasa asawa ko na nasa tacloban city leyte,bakit hindi pwde makapagdeposit kahit yung accnt no. ko lang ibibigay sa teller ng ussc..
